Kärcher has opened a dedicated service centre at Ras al Khor in Dubai as part of the company’s expansion drive in the region.
The Ras al Khor service centre will provide after-sales care and maintenance for Kärcher’s product lines including home and garden and professional.
Services offered at the centre include repairs, purchase of accessories and annual maintenance contract handling, said the company in its announcement.
The opening ceremony was attended by Axel Stolz, executive vice president, sales export; Richard Nouira, managing director, Kärcher Middle East FZE, and staff from the company’s Middle East headquarters.
