Over the past 20 years China’s economy and industry have developed rapidly to become a country regarded as a proactive force, in creating platforms in which those in the hygiene and sustainability industry can gather to teach, learn and network.
Said to reflect China’s dedication to sustainable development is the second exhibition of the Guangzhou International Mobile Toilets and Public Health Facilities Exhibition (GZ TOILETEXPO 2012) and the 2012 Guangzhou International Amenity and Sanitation Facilities Exhibition (ASFE 2012) to be held at China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex from March 9 to 11.
Last year, the exhibition attracted 387 exhibitors, with 900 booths and took up some 24, 000 square metres. More than 26,812 visitors, including 936 international visitors mainly from America, United Kingdom, India, Korea, Turkey, Ukraine, France, Spain, South Africa, Australia, Canada and Iran attended.
Organisers said they have been working hard to make next year’s event bigger and have invited more overseas and domestic exhibitors, including principal individuals from a range of industries including engineering, research institutions, landscape designers, architects and urban space designers, real estate and property professionals and government agencies. Leading experts from the Environmental and Hygiene Health Bureau, Hygiene Academies, Bureau of Environmental Protection will speak at the event.
