New publisher for INCLEAN

I am delighted to inform you that INCLEAN – its magazine and web presence – has entered an exciting new phase following its purchase by Sydney-based The Intermedia Group.

Intermedia, a publisher of more than 25 business to business magazines, is a national leader in the delivery of e-media strategies and through its sister company Interpoint, organises a series of national and international exhibitions.

I will continue working on INCLEAN in a dedicated editor role, complementing publisher Simon Cooper and national sales manager Richard Birrell.

Together with my wife and business partner Angela, Hardcastle Media has published INCLEAN for some 17 years. As our professional friends know, we have both loved working in the industry. The cleaning and hygiene industries are among today’s most dynamic market sectors and with Intermedia’s investment INCLEAN will deliver more value to its readers and its much valued advertisers

INCLEAN’S new publisher Simon Cooper is also managing director of Interpoint. He has a wealth of national and international experience in publishing, exhibitions and conferences. Interpoint’s recent acquisition of AUSCLEAN will also create some unique integrated marketing opportunities.

There are few industries that can demonstrate such a high level of genuine, ongoing, product development. And importantly, cleaning plays an ever more critical role in public health,” stated Simon.

We also see synergies with a number of magazines in Intermedia such as the Aged Care and Government sectors, which will enable us to further develop the readership,” he added.

As the retiring publisher, I want to thank the many industry executives and companies who have supported Hardcastle Media over the years. At all times we strove to present the cleaning industry in the very highest professional light.
